Is Jeff Bagwell a future Hall of Famer? or are his numbers tainted from the steroid era? In 15 MLB seasons,?

by Mariners34

all with the Astros from 1991 - 2005, Bags had, 2,314 hits, 1,517 runs, 488 DB's, 449 HR's, 1,529 RBI's, 1,401 BB's, 1,588 K's (ouch), .297 BA, .408 OBP and .540 Slugging %, wow. He had 9 seasons of 30 or more HR's and 8 seasons of 100 or more RBI's. He was the NL MVP in 1994 (strike shortened season, ouch) NL Rookie of the Yea 1991, 4 time all-star and 1 time Gold Glove winner. He was a very buff 6' 195 pounder, and some people might wonder if he was juicing, afterall, he played many years with notorious juicer Ken Caminiti. Anyway, if he was indeed clean, I think his numbers are Hall of Fame worthy. What do you think? It would be nice for Bags and Biggio to go into the Hall together, even though they retired a year apart. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Bagwell http://www.baseball-reference.com/b/bagweje01.shtml No, you are wrong, Bagwell was paid for the 2006 season and officially retired after the 2006 season. And you are saying Bagwell's power numbers aren't that good? are you f'ing smoking crack? the guy had way over 400 hr's and over 1,500 rbi's, he was a power house dude.
