Gifting (giving), trading and selling/buying accounts is against Blizzards TOS. They have gotten very good at recognizing accounts that have changed hands. Accounts that have been transferred in one of these ways can be banned. If you sell or buy an account, there are a few scams going around. The person buying it will get the information for the account and then cancel the payment. If you buy an account, the seller will go thru the process of reclaiming the account (which is very easy to do). If either of these occurs, Blizzard will not help because they do not recognize the transfer of accounts. “Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items. Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Program. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service. Blizzard does not recognize any virtual property transfers executed outside of the Game or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything related to the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell items for "real" money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Game.” http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html

those are some nice spec, i have no idea how to sell your account, my guess would be find one of those websites the spamers always yell about in the major cities and see if you can post your account on there. I dont know the prices at all, best bet would be to go surf the internet and see what other accounts are selling for.
