Wow level 40 mount gold help?

i have a level 35 mage who has 10g and has level 10 skinning (shocking i know) and level 150 tailoring. i quest/level in the Desolace area and i was wondering if you think i will be able to get 90g for my level 40 mount by level 40. if its ok i would also mind if you gave me some tips on how to make some money ( i was thinking about buying then selling stuff from the AH at 40 if i dont have enough). im a frost mage btw

haha. make stuff and sell it at the auction. first check how much the item your trying to sell will cost then sell it around that price. from lvl 60-70 you will make 1000 gold so maybe if you have friends ask them to borrow some. if not just grind it out n sell stuff because you can make some nice things. alot of stuff you can make now can sell for 1 or more gold each.

Actually use your skinning, leather can sell for quite a bit on the AH and it's not like there's a shortage of bodies to skin. You could farm cloth and sell that on the AH as well. In Desolace there is an unmarked repeatable quest in Shadowprey Village on the docks where you can go underwater and collect crawfish or something like that from cages underwater and turn them in for like 50 silver or so for 5 of them. I had a deep dive helm and azure silk belt and was making 5-6 gold every 30 minutes doing that at your level. You may have to work up to the repeatable quest but there's rarely ever any competition and the quest is done right around the area of the dock so it's quick and easy money if you can be underwater for extended periods of time.
